My approach is focused on a clear initial clinical assessment and treatment plan. Fundamental to my approach is orthopaedic functional manual therapy and a deep transverse friction massage(DFM) in mechanical injuries affecting motor function. I am proficient in the treatment of mechanical spinal conditions (acute and chronic lower back pain, including the cervical and thoracic spine).

I treat a wide range of spinal conditions, including cervical spine injuries, disc problems, sciatica, piriformis muscle syndrome, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, etc.

I am also well versed in the assessment and treatment of peripheral joint disorders of the shoulder (frozen shoulder, impingement syndrome, shoulder biomechanics disorders etc. ), elbow (tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow), wrist (carpal tunnel syndrome, TFCC injuries), overuse injuries, sports injuries (ankle sprains and strains, knee joint conditions) related to rugby, football etc…, post-traumatic injuries including fractures, work-related injuries, treatment after orthopaedic surgery (back surgery, shoulder surgery, knee surgery (ACL, meniscus) and treatment after joint replacement – shoulder, hip and knee.

I am continually improving my qualifications through relevant CPD training in the field of injection therapy and future ultrasound diagnostics.
